Hotel was very pleasant, as was our quiet courtyard room on the 5th floor. A good breakfast was provided with our room rate. Location is very convenient to Termini Station and is within walking distance to the sights, though other locations are more central to them. Easy to use the Leonardo Express train to/from the airport.

All the staff, receptionists, cleaners, breakfast staff, are so helpful and friendly. Very clean. Perfect facilities (clean towels, shampoo and body wash etc.) and full buffet breakfast. Located perfectly close to the train station and for us was a good walking distance to all the sites (but there are metros if you can’t walk as much).

Great location being a short walk away from the Termini train station and is surrounded by lots of restaurants and a shopping area. Our room was really well presented, very clean and a good size for a couple. Bathroom was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable.

The price of 300+ euros per night for the family suite was a bit steep for the area and the internet was very wonky. Traveling with a family and trying to stay connected to work and keep kids busy with a movie/games on their devices proved challenging because of the wonky wifi. However when we informed the hotel, they quickly brought in a technician to check and offered us a complimentary breakfast for the trouble. The technicians fix did not improve the internet. The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. The bus and trains stations to the airport were very conveniently situated outside of the hotel. The Chinese Restaurant and Italian Restaurants right outside the hotel (literally exit, turn rigjt and a few doors down) were delicious and so affordable.

It’s location was perfect for us as tourists. Handy to the Termini Station, metro and tourist buses we were able to get around Rome’s attractions easily. The staff were amazing and very helpful to first time visitors like ourselves. The breakfasts were delicious offering a wide range of options to choose from and our room was serviced daily. A great way to finish a five week trip to Italy!

Location: being so close, two blocks away, to Rome's Termini Train Station and connected to transportation facilities (subway as well as tour bus stops) is key to a successful and fruitful city visit. Further, this is our third stay at this hotel and can connfirm that management pays attention to customer satisfaction, as their front desk personnel (all shifts) take pride in providing customers with 5-star concierge services.

Hotel Morgana Rome, Italy Excellent place to stay March 2023 Stayed here for 5 nights from March 6th 2023. Cannot fault this lovely gem of a hotel. Perfectly clean, spacious rooms with fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Sheets and towels changed every day! Powerful shower with toiletries included. Staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast of hot and cold buffet with wonderful cakes and croissants too. This is a brilliant base for walkers and sightseers and central to everything. One street back from the central train/Metro and bus stations. High speed trains direct to airport. Lots of shops nearby and hundreds of lovely trattoria with amazing authentic food. The Trattoria opposite the hotel is home to a nutty patron who makes you feel very welcome in a Fawlty Towers kind of way! Very funny. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. A real gem!
